MCFP Payroll Check Upgrade

This upgrade is for individuals who print payroll checks on single sheet checks for these two check styles:

  •  check at the top with two vouchers

  •  check in the middle with two vouchers.

The check voucher shows two columns, Current and Year-To-Date and has a row for Gross Pay and Net Pay.  The Year-To-Date total is the same for for both Gross Pay and Net Pay, which is incorrect for Net Pay.  This upgrade shows the correct Net Pay amount in the Year-To-Date column.

When the File Download window opens, choose Open or Run depending on your browser. The file will download, then the WinZip Self-Extractor window will open.
 
Do not change any of the settings in this window.

Click the Unzip button in the WinZip Self-Extractor window to put these files on your computer.
When the process is complete, the WinZip Self-Extractor window will show that two files have been unzipped successfully.  Click the OK button then click Close to finish the process.

You do not need to do anything else to install this upgrade. 

If MCFP Windows is installed on a computer that is not connected to the internet use the following procedure to download the upgrade to a diskette and install it on another computer. 
Note: This download is small and will fit on a diskette.
When the File Download window opens, choose the Save option.   
The next window lets you select a place to save the file, choose the 3 1/2 Floppy (A:).  The file will save to the floppy disk.
Insert the diskette into the floppy drive of the computer where you have installed MCFP Windows.  Click Start, Run

Click the Browse button in the Run window. 

Choose the 3 1/2 Floppy (A:)
Click the OK button.  The WinZip Self-Extractor window will open. 

Follow the instructions in the section starting with Click the Unzip..... in the section above to unzip and install the files.
